What counts
- One conversion is one file in and one result out, in any format. Merging several files into one counts once.
- Failed conversions do not count.
- Limits count the last 5 hours and the last 7 days, so they refill as time passes.
- At a limit, jobs use your credits. Without credits the API answers
429 usage_limitwith the time the limit resets. - Files are deleted after 24 hours on every plan.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, runs checkout, adds tax where it applies, and sends invoices. By buying you agree to the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.
