Conversions
Each of the 3,636 conversions takes its own options, with its own ranges and defaults. Pick one to see them.

cv targets --from <format> --json lists every conversion from a format. Each one has options, a JSON Schema of the options it takes with their ranges and defaults. In the API, GET /v1/targets?from=<format> answers the same, and GET /v1/catalog has every conversion. See Targets and catalog.
An option a conversion does not take, or a value outside its range, fails with invalid_options. See Options for what each option does.
