Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are issued by Paddle.

Plus

If Plus is not right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. After that you can cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for, and we do not refund partial months.

Credits

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Credits already used for conversions cannot be refunded.

Failed conversions

Failed conversions never use your limits or your credits, so there is nothing to refund.

Your rights

This policy does not reduce any right you have under the consumer law of your country, such as a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.

How to ask

Email billing@convert.dev from the address you paid with, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days.
