Convert RM to DTS

Turn RM videos into DTS. Encoded as DTS at 768 kbit/s and at 44.1 or 48 kHz with up to 5.1 channels, unless audio.sample_rate or audio.channels say otherwise, and lossy sound loses a little more than it already had.
